This email is just to offer praise where it is due.

From the outset of our project you assisted in the planning and development of our project offering more than helpful advice to save us money and explain the practicalities.

It took a lot more than one visit with Mel and I being unsure and undecided. You were all patient and thoughtful and we never felt under any pressure to push on until we were all happy.

Eventually we settled with our plan and booked in the start day.

Craig gave us an optimistic timescale of 4-5 weeks and you all arrived on time every day as promised.

The workmen were courteous hard working and more to the point as clean and tidy as you can be considering you are knocking holes in the wall and plastering with woodworks to do also.

The project developed and as a couple of unexpected issues arose they were dealt with calmly with options to resolve the problems.

In the end the project was completed to an exceptionally high standard and more importantly on time.

I would like to formally thank you all for you hard work and guidance with your experience. Also your team with Tom, Andy and the ever present Pav who were so pleasant and patient.

As you know we have three large dogs and we left them in the house whilst you were there and they were not distressed at all when I come home.

I love your attitude to invoices with the customer having “no surprises” when it comes to billing.

I would have no problems recommending you to even my closest family or friends and I will give you a call for phase 56 of our renovation. You even had the key and you respected our privacy so we could train for the marathon.

We would also like to thank you for your donation to our charity and we have raised over £1600.00 for children with cancer.
