Client Brief:

The Storey family wanted to make the most of the roof space in their large, 1930’s home in Cheltenham and to build additional bedrooms over the garage.

Buildex Solution:

The client already had architects’ plans to work from and so the Buildex team were able to start on the build straightaway.

In just 6 weeks, the loft space of this large, detached home was transformed into a bedroom suite – with spacious accommodation for a bed, sofa and a walk-in shower and bathroom area.

With fantastic views over the nearby park, the team made the most of this feature, to create a truly stunning bedroom suite.

Additional office and bedrooms were created by extending over the original garage space.
